Hypalon Rubber Sheeting Manufacturer

Overview of Hypalon Rubber Sheeting

Atlas Rubber is a trusted manufacturer of Hypalon Rubber Sheeting in Kolkata, supplying high-performance rubber materials across West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Assam. Hypalon rubber (CSM) is widely recognized for its exceptional resistance to weathering, chemicals, and UV exposure, making it an ideal choice for demanding outdoor and industrial applications.

Hypalon Rubber Sheeting provides a combination of chemical resistance and physical durability. It is simultaneously resistant to UV degradation and Ozone cracking. Consequently, Hypalon sheets are an excellent option for marine and outdoor uses. Hypalon gaskets offer a superior barrier against oxidizing substances such as Nitric and Sulfuric acid. With smooth textures on both sides, it is favored by users for both static and dynamic sealing as well as lining applications. Hypalon is a form of synthetic rubber sheeting recognized for its remarkable resistance to chemicals, weathering, and UV exposure. It possesses excellent mechanical properties and good abrasion resistance even without reinforcement, and it maintains reasonable resilience in grades exceeding 60° shore A.

Ideal for:

  • Chemical tank linings
  • Lining in flue gas and exhaust systems
  • Weatherproof expansion joints
  • Acid barrier curtains and more

Product Description

Our Hypalon Rubber Sheeting is a high-quality synthetic material. It is produced from chlorosulfonated polyethylene and is an extremely durable material. Hypalon offers exceptional resistance to chemical and oil degradation throughout the material’s entire temperature range. It also boasts a broad operating temperature range from -30°C to +180°C. Hypalon is an exceptionally stable material that resists fire and is self-extinguishing. We can provide this material in a wide range of thicknesses from 0.5mm to 50mm. It is also available in a width of 1.4m in lengths of 5m, 10m, or 20m, depending on the thickness.

Hypalon is a highly adaptable material due to its combination of resistance and physical characteristics. Customers frequently utilize this material in the construction and electrical sectors for its impermeability features. It is also well-suited for sealing and equipment protection in the chemical and automotive industries. However, it is important to note that hypalon has limited resistance to petrol and lubricating oils. At The Atlas Rubber, we can convert hypalon into various sheet sizes, strips, and gaskets.

Distinct Properties of Hypalon Rubber
